A trend toward Qi deficiency !
All 5 of the last herbal patients had terrible underlying Qi deficiency in the Stomach/Spleen manifesting in no appetite and indigestion of different types, but also significant kidney Qi deficiency manifesting in absolutely no overall energy or daytime stamina…..
Something to keep in mind…! Time to keep the middle burner happy and healthy which means look into herbs and foods for the stomach/spleen……. (Spleen representing pretty much the whole overall digestive processes including the transformation and transportation of fluids and nutrients.) Suggested for this is mostly gently cooked/steamed foods, moderate warming spices and NO raw veggies or salads! They are actually hard on the stomach and not easy to digest because the stomach prefers warm foods that are easier to break down (as middle burner is not friends with cold) i.e. soups and stews, etc... and no excess fats or oils.
Eating foods high in natural probiotics to produce strong gut flora like sauerkraut and kimchi etc. will help kill germs upon entering the stomach and, of course, help to processes and eliminate foods in general, as well. . . . ☯️
